! Pleased you joined us! On the egg...is it fertilized (did the rooster in the flock breed the hen that layed the egg)? If not, no hatch. And, even if it is fertilized, if the hen isn't broody (wanting to set on the eggs) it won't hatch. Buff Orps are a pretty broody breed but until (if) she goes broody, you won't have a hatch...and again, that's if the egg is fertile. Good luck to you!

Umm, yeah the rooster is there.. But the hen isn't hatching it or something so i need an incubator to be made?

Nope she just lays it between the cage and then moving around

Also, do you have any ideas to make her sit and hatch the eggs?

If you want to hatch the hen's eggs you can either wait for her to go broody or build/buy an incubator. Hens like to lay a clutch of eggs (usually 10-12) before they sit, but leaving the eggs in the nest does not guaranteed that she will go broody though. It does encourage broodiness in some hens, but it really depends on the individual hen, her breed etc. Some breeds and hens are just more prone to broodiness than others.
