I got the call this morning at 5 am to come pick up my new baby chicks!!! ALL 17 arrived chirping and doing well!!! So excited, because after reading some very sad posts on here about DOA chicks, I was very nervous for my little guys. These were purchased from Jody at Hink-jc Mountain Poultry! Thanks Jody!!! They are beautiful and oh so sweet! I cant wait to see them grow into big, beautiful birds!

Thanks!! Their brooder is a big white feeding trough type thing (kind of like the big metal ones but plastic). My mother came to visit a while back and had it in the back of her truck so I swiped it.

Not sure what it was used for, maybe a water trough for their cattle or horses.
