I used to work in a pizza restaurant and I know what it's like to have to deal with complaining customers. We would get more to complain just to get free food. They would clal the next day or week to complain or claim somebody told htem they would get something free next time. But when we did get a lagitamate complaint we would make extra sure it was exaclty ike they wanted and would put more of the toppings they wanted on it to make them happy. We wanted them to come back. If we lost them we lost business and eventually our jobs.
So, if I constantly get the wrong order or it messed up I just go elsewhere. I rarely complain. And i'm always nice to the employees. I did complain at Burger King once and the assistant manager basically called me a liar. If I hadn't been very tired and alaready home I would have walked in and showed him that I got chicken fries instead of a whopper. I'm sure I can tell the difference. He tried to tell me he has only sold 1 order of chicken fries. Yeah, but I got them. He said nobody called to say the got a whopper instead of chicken fries. I was the only person in line. The parking lot was empty. How hard can it be to get 1 order right. I quit going to that Burger King.
Lol.. I get fake complaints all the time
"uhh.. I ordered a umm. cheeseburger, yeah"
"Okay can you tell me your whole order so i can look it up"
"umm it was a umm"
"what time did you come in"
"About umm, 6, 7ish"
"uh-huh.. and can you bring in the wraps/burgers to prove that you came in"
"No i threw them out"
"you threw them out in the last 20minutes and cant fish them outta the trash, dont remember what you order and can only vaguely tell me when you came in"
"thats right"
Idiot.. I love people who pull up to the second window in the drivethru and tell me they order a sundae. Good for you, she didnt charge you, that'll be $2.45. They drive off pretty fast when I tell them that
