They are so cute. My ducklings and other babies love hardboiled eggs too. Sometimes one will take up a piece and run with it to keep the others from getting it.

yeah its a yankee lid, I love using them because the are heavy and dont tip over-great for little bantam ducks and chicks-the ducks can get their whole bill in it to wash their noses out. I move up to quail size water fountains when they get a little bigger
