Marley killed a weasel!!!!!!!!!!! His first!!! What a great cat - except I am wondering if that's a sign that they know where the chickens are and I should start being more vigilant about predators. I have never seen a weasel here in six years.

wow! I doubt my cats could catch a weasel. They don't like stuff that fights back. Go Marley!! In terms of your chickens, probably a good idea to check there aren't small holes a weasel could fit through, just in case.

get out the live traps!!!! uuugghhhh..we saw footprints in the snow the other day and I can tell you that is not your average cat paw prints! dang it!!!

Pet ferrets are fairly easy game and becoming all too common.
