and also this is what she looks like, about 2ish weeks old, nice and fluffed out
looks just like our other rooster (only have 3 for each flock, so no more roosters no matter how many flocks there are)
she’s precious and adorable, i know they’re supposed to be in the brooder but in houston tx the heat and humidity outside is just the same so i got these 5 in a small coop out side.
also so it’ll be easier to integrate them when their proper size! the coop will fit them perfectly until their adults, but when their like teens and i know they cant get under the fence which is a issue bc it keeps sliding down, i need nails, screws and a screw driver AND a man who actually knows what he’s doing that’d be awesome.

i meant to add in, she looks like the male we have that’s low on the pecking order. he’s a sweet little guy with his little girlfriend. he’s a silkie mixed with idk maybe cochin? and the girlfriend is full cochin. they’re always cuddling especially at night it’s sooo adorable. but of course when they mate and the cockerel sees, he makes his way in and turns into some kinda weird 3some. only time i see my little guy angry. he’s gets back ontop the #1 roo and pecks and grabs his feathers tryna get him off her. like she’s very tiny, so is he.
