she s going to vet saturdayI hope you have been giving her pain relief along with the other treatments you’ve tried.
In the bad old days before antibiotics a chicken would either survive something like this or not. You’ve tried non-antibiotic treatment for two weeks and it hasn’t improved so this case looks like it would be a “not”.
Take her to the Vet or cull her since she is sick and not improving. It is completely fine to have an antibiotic free flock but you should end her suffering if you choose not to medicate.
hiDoes she have a bad odor from her beak? Have you ever had a sick bird before, and have you added any new birds recently? Can you get Tylan 50 injectable from a feed or far store? You can give that orally. A vet could help locally. The generic Tylosin powder for the water is available here:

Those will treat mycoplasma (MG) a respiratory disease. MG and coryza are bacterial diseases that require an antibiotic. Can you try to look into the roof of her beak for any pus or press on the bump to see if any comes out of the eye socket or the roof of the beak?
the avian pox happened a while backhi
no new chicks they were all born in my backyard
i had the avian pox around only 2 died all others survived but not all got it
we have separate coops and groups
i use warm pads trying to get blood flow and press softly but it s hard
no bad smell but a bit of bubbling next to eye just a bit
no pus however two days ago i saw some white stuff coming from bump and i cleaned it
i realize i must use antibiótics i really want her to live
im gonna order some as per ur advice
tyvm
yes i just ordered tylosin plain as ur advice and probioticsThe absence of a bad odor, and the presence of eye bubbles makes it more likely that she has MG. So I would try to get the Tylosin, Tylan 50, or something else like Denagard or oxytetracycline. You could get the Tylosin in a few days to a week. There is a spot on the bump, so is that where the white material came out? You could try to get more out of the bump if possible. Pus in chickens may be liquids at first, but then can become solid like cheese.
