My chick has shaky legs

My 5 week old white leghorn has been a healthy girl. But 3-4 days ago her legs became shaky and hard for her to walk. She eats, drinks, poops good and has energy. I've been giving her vitamins in her water for the last day and a half. Please any help would be much appreciated. I'm worried about my girl Priscilla

Check to make sure the vitamins you have contain VitaminB2(riboflavin).

Was she vaccinated for Marek's?

It depends on where the farm store got them from. Some store get vaccinated, some not.

I would give the vitamins to see if that helps first.

If it's a vitamin deficiency, you may see some improvement in a few days.
Keep in mind it could be a disease or neurological/developmental disorder as well, time will tell.

Should I get her wormed? I called the farm supply place I bought her from and they aren't vaccinated. I'm bringing her to the vet later. Should I get her vaccinated? Or anything?

Generally vaccinations would be administered with in the first 36hours of hatching, I don't know of any you can get at her age.
Take a fecal sample with you -she will most likely poop on the way too, have the vet do a fecal float, they can check for worms and Cocci. At 5wks I would be surprised if she had worms.
