My chick has some problems

I had a chick who was stuck and I helped it get unstuck by picking away a little at the shell and let it finish pushing its self out and what not. It’s up now, but needs a bath for 1 thing. 2 it’s inner toes are turned back on both feet. 3 it doesn’t lay down and it doesn’t really lift its head.

Is there anything I can do to help it?

I guess it’s picking its head up, it just seems to have a problem with its neck

They're generally a mess that soon after hatching. It needs to rest and stay warm. If you have the brooder already set up, put it in there but if not, leave it in the incubator till morning.
