Though technically goose's have a bigger beak than a chick.

Omg!!! That's soo cute and exciting.... hahahah so you have a gosling to look after... pics are a must.. did you now noticed it's a gosling?? Lol his egg is probably twice the size of a chicken's... and he's soo different.... and hatches at 30ish days.. lol lol lol.. that's soo funny..

I just felt bad because I thought May was sitting on an unfertilized egg! I wanted to switch it out and when I came out to check on her the egg was pipped so I watched and I thought she looked different! She pipped 5 and a half days ago...

yeap, you can tell it's not a baby chick. -- My original motive was to buy a duck actually, but my mom wanted a rooster so to please her, i bought one. -- but i can see the resemblance as to why you'd assume it's a chick.

Goshh... a canadian goose.... where did the egg come from?? Do you have domestic canadian geese.... and she hatched babies too... you might want to give the baby to him real mommy.. he'll have a better chance of survival.... and a happier life.. also I think that wild fowl aren't allowed to be kept... so you might call your local wildlife center and ask if you were alloud to keep it... you might get arrested if you were caught...

No that is a picture my lil' sis got in the wild... I don't have a picture of Deters mommy she is mean and will run and when I try to give her back Deters mommy screams at her and pushes her toward the coop and May happily takes her back... so I will try when she is older...

Okay I have to tell you you guys the truth these are my aunts chickens ( as in May and Deter ) but I have been taking care of them while she is sick and she just got better the geese aren't mine either but I will try to have her send more pics She is taking them back early tomorrow :'( I begged and begged but she is a stubborn old lady... So say bye to Deter and May and Sarah and Bugger and Donesy and Evelyn!
