My chick is in love with my hand

We recently hatched Ayam Cemani eggs and they are adorable! There are three chicks, all three of them hatched on my hand, (such a lovely experience) and now after two days, they are in the brooder and are doing well. But, the second chick, is always shouting and every time I go to him he runs to my hand and then goes quite, I think this chick is in love with my hand. Now as much as I love this experience, I can't hold him in my hand all day. Do you guys have any advice?

Sounds kind of like the old "do I let my infant cry or not" issue. I imagine she will calm down eventually
