my chick isn’t pooping

there’s no poop near her vent so i know it’s not a pasty butt, but there’s a small pink thing sticking out. she hasn’t pooped for hours and i’m getting worried but she seems active and is eating and drinking. i’m new to chickens so i don’t know what to do
