This morning when a family member let the chickens in their coop, one chick acted quite strange from usual. It is a 14 week old brahma rooster.
He doesn't really eat that much and is a little bit slower, has his head closer to his body. No other chicks have the same thing. I put apple cider vinegar in their water in the hopes of helping him a bit becase he still drinks well. Inside, the bedding is mostly sand and sawdust. Outside they have grass. I already checked the coop for bloody poop and i have not yet seen any, so i don't think it is coccidosis.
Has anyone had this problem? We are planning to get them dewormed and everything.
