here is this morning...
this is 12 hrs. later this is normal. it could take up to 24 hrs. for an egg to hatch after the pip. some people say less, but you should give them more time do not intervene.
 
I would not intervene now. Chicks can take a long time to begin zipping around the egg shell after their first pip. I've had chicks pip two days before actually hatching before. Give the egg another 12 hours, at least.
 
If it can't get out of it's shell by itself, it's going to be a weakling. I would only help if it were some breed so super rare and super valuable that every individual is needed. Maybe not even then.
