My chick won't stand up and is only laying on her left side!

Okay my 16 week old chick won't stand up i thought that she was just brooding since she's getting to that age but she's not balanced or seems to be injured??? Please i need help and anything would be appreciated.

Make sure she’s hydrated and not too hot. My older chickens sometimes get dehydrated and can’t walk correctly but this has never occurred for me in a younger chicken.
