My chicken ate a cough drop!

So im not sure if this counts as a emergency, but my chicken ate a menthol cough drop my kiddo spit out. Should I be worried it was a whole coughed drop and she just choked it right down like a worm. I read that some ingredients in them can cause liver damage in animals.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. At this point, there's not much you can do and it's probably already passed through her system by now. Chickens always seem to eat the stuff you don't want them to!

Chicken eat all kind of insects and some of them are fatal to humans. You should not be worried about a cough drop.

I wouldn't be too concerned about one cough drop menthol is usually about the harshest thing in them.
If she ate a handful then maybe.
