My chicken attacked by dog, all back feather gone, most tail feathers and some underneath. Some smal

Mid-day yesterday my Australorp chicken was attacked and now is missing all her back feather (see pic) some tail, and some underneath. She has some small wounds. She is walking, eating/drinking, laying down resting. I washed her down with peroxide/water mix and let it air dry. Added Pedialyte (for electrolytes) to her food and she ate some of that. Is there anything else I should be doing?? She is separated from the other chickens and has a nice little box/house that she slept in last night. Today she's seems the same as yesterday. Should I wash her a few times a day with peroxide/water? Is there some antibiotic spray I should get? Thanks for the help!

You may want to pick up some blu-kote to spray on (anti-fungal/anti-bacterial)...will also turn that area blue/violet so the other chickens won't peck at it.

If the skin is still intact you should be okay. I would recommend dressing the wounded areas with some antibiotic ointment, so that it won't get infected and also to keep the tissue moist. It heals better that way.
