My Chicken cant hold her head up

So Tuesday morning I had 17 chickens and walked out to feed and all but 7 had been killed or missing! I have one that has a small bite on her neck. She can walk some what and can kinda move it around, she is alert still. So how do I know if I'm giving her enough water.....she pecks a little at some plain yogurt and I got her some rice with fruit (baby food) she ate a little last night! I have a rolled up towel under her neck she moves away from it when she wants and the water has pedialyte in her water.

Am I just delaying her dieing? If not am I missing anything that will help her?

, an injury from predators an be dangerous, maybe just very careful treatment. maybe the internet has advice on this particular topic, it depends on how badly the wound harmed your chicken.
