my chicken can't stand up:(

I was given a bearded silkie by someone who believed their rooster was injuring her,i do not have a rooster so i agreed.she was limping around once i got her home,trying to get over to food,water..etc.I've been putting asprin in her water to at least try to aleviate any pain.Now,she cant stand on either leg and when she's laying on her (breast,stomach)they are just like dead weight in front of her.She can't get to water or food We',ve considered "hoisting her" using a small dog harness...or...i don't know,i'm so frustrated with not being able to help her.I took this chicken in understanding was basically healed and now...
