My chicken coup

my name is Richard, i have 6 hens in a coup, there is a hen house and a space tp run around. It is all ok except for the mud and flies. My wife wants it paved round outsude of the coup , but this is hard because the chicken is relatively low and water runs into it.

Welcome to BYC. I would encourage you to search "deep litter method" or "DLM" here on the forums and read some of the threads. ...it may be a good fit for your mud and fly issue
