My Chicken did something odd...

Soooooo, my chicken Ester, a year old and laying, was out at night, next to the fence, and seemed to be waiting for me like how my chickens wait for me to get food.
I don't know if this is normal, but my dad asked me if i thought it turned blind, but Esters a pretty healthy White leghorn. Has this happened to you? Should I be worried?

My chickens do this all the time. Chickens are hungry easily and like to show it. When I go down to the barn, my chickens are standing right there for me. This is all normal. However, there is always a possibility that even a healthy chicken could be blind. I'd just keep a close eye on him and the call the vet if he seems to be showing any other signs.

Is she the bottom hen? I have a few gals that won't go in the coop at night because they're not allowed to so I have to bring them in and make everyone know they're allowed in

no shes not the bottom one i dont know who, but it seems like the oldest (Floppy) is the Alpha hen
