Some people have problems it's just other people are better at hiding them than others.

If you cut his wing he would die. Your options are 1. Take him to a vet 2. Put him to sleep humanely 3. Bandage his wing and see how he does.

Are you sure that it is bone sticking out, and not simply something stuck to his wing... a feather growing through can look like bone, but it is just the start of the quills coming through for the feathers. It could also possibly be a slpinter or another object stuck to his wing.

What do other members think of the possibility of tying the wing of at the joint before the break? Of course only if there is no avialable avian vet or money is an issue. I only did wing clipping on ducks 1-2 days old.

Oh goodness. It seems weird that there is no blood. I would probably take him to a vet but I don't have much experience with injuries. How does he seem today? Is he eating? Does it seem like he is in a lot of pain?

Usually if they are in a lot of pain they won't be as active and they often stop eating. They have a high pain tolerance and don't show it like other animals do.
