my chicken has a dislocated hip

my newly hatched chick (3 days old, and male) has a dislocated hip, he jumps around on one leg and chirps really loud if you touch the hip/leg. I don't know how to help him! Please help me!

no I think it is a dislocated hip because he is hoping on one foot and it is very sensitive
