Should I clean the bird because it has puss all over its feathers and how should I do it

I checked its mouth there is a little yellow lump but it's not on the same side if the eye with puss

Can you take a picture of the inside of the mouth? Maybe you can find someone that raises goats, sheep, horses, shickens, turkeys, etc and ask them if they have any antibiotics.

Human antibitocs can be used, so ask your friends and family if they have any. Something like Cipro or Augmentin would be perfect!

I have noticed that it's dropping are green and has not eaten any green things

Most likely that from not eating enough. You should start to weigh her daily.
