My chicken has a swollen eye

One of my chicken has a swollen eye and it has not been very active recently, it just sleep. What could I do to help it

Pictures of the chicken may be helpful. It sounds like it has a respiratory disease such as mycoplasma gallisepticum or coryza. These are chronic diseases that can infect other chickens.
