Hi guys,

I got a beautiful little sebright about two weeks ago and noticed that her middle nail upturned middle nail on her left foot.
The skin on the bottom of that toe also looks to be wearing (I guess because she has no nail there to protect it).

Is this a serious issue? I’ve never seen anything like this and couldn’t find any information anywhere online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

She tweaked it on something...have had this happen more than several times.
It looks OK, no inflammation or infection, it'll grow out.
Foot looks otherwise healthy....tho I see some raised scales on toes and legs, probably scaly leg mite, pack those raised scales with bag balm or petroleum jelly to smother the mites.

Ive had toe nails completely ripped out of the bone. Usually they grow in eventually, if not they have a stubb at the end.

As long as it doesn't get red or infected, all should be well. If it does start to go south, some antbiotic lotion and some lightly but well wrapped vet wrap around the toe and base of the foot to hold it in place, should help it heal.

Thank you!
I did notice she had some leg mites, I was away for a week and had my housemate looking after them so I haven’t quite had the time to jelly up their legs, luckily I have the time this week!
