My chicken has really strange poops!

Hello everyone! My chicken has been having the smelliest, grosses poos lately. She has coriza, but shes treated. Ive seen the poop thread but I havent seen like this! Heres some photos:

Is all of her poop like that or does she have normal formed poop sometimes too?

The photos you provided look like Cecal poop which can be smelly and sticky. It can also be different colors from light brown to very dark.

If she has Coryza and you are treating her, medications can also impact the poop. If you are concerned, it's always a good idea to take some samples to your vet to look at.

Diarrhea can be a symptom in chickens with Coryza. The first photo does look like cecal poop. However, that second photo is concerning. The texture of the poop looks curdled, and the presence of a ring of moisture around it, doesn't look right.

You should do as Wyorp Rock suggested, and take a sample to your vet. If the chicken is consistently making this dark, pudding like poop, it could have an intestinal infection, or a problem with the liver.

I’d check her poop for a few days in a row , a Cecil poop can look many different ways , don’t get too excited about one yucky poop
