My chicken is acting funny, but not sure what it is for sure. Please Help!

A few days ago, I noticed my chicken (roughly 3-4 Months old, we didn't get them as chicks so I am not positive of age) had one wing that was hanging and it kept getting stuck in her leg when she tried walking so she was just hobbling around. I removed her from the other chickens and wrapped her wing. She was still not wanting to walk on that leg so I was thinking maybe she injured her wing and leg. After 2 days of being isolated, I removed the wrap to redo it and now she is now not wanting to walk on her good leg. I started to think maybe it was marek's disease, but she does not have any of the other symptoms and is still eating, drinking water and cleaning herself. She is also still sitting up as properly as she can favoring the one leg. I can't afford to take her to the vet, so any ideas of what it could be or things I should try? Thank you!

P.S. - All the other chicks her age are acting normal!

I hope she will be okay, you feel so helpless because they can't tell you what is bothering them - just like babies

Thank you for all the kind responses! I did end up posting this in the right forum and I do believe my chicken has Marek's Disease...not a fun part of having chickens.
