My chicken is acting weird

So my chicken is acting weird lately, she has been walking very slowly and she acts like she is egg bound but she doesn’t seem egg bound, If you could help me please and thank you!

When was the last time she laid an egg?
Is she eating and drinking?
Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it emptied.
Is her abdomen bloated?

She is about a year old I don’t remember the last time she laid, and her crop doesn’t feel full and she really only stands by the water and food, i think she eats only sometimes

Reproductive problems are not uncommon. After the age of two it's most common, but it's not unheard of in younger hens. I would crate her for a few days. That way you can monitor her eating and drinking to see if she actually is. See what her droppings look like, pictures are welcome. Look her over everywhere for any wounds or injuries hiding in feathers. Check for lice/mites. Feel her abdomen below the vent between the legs for any firmness, bloating or feeling like a water balloon (compare with another bird if needed). Feel her keel bone, low on the chest/breast, is the bone prominent, or is it well muscled?
See if she lays during that time. Have you ever wormed your birds , or had a fecal done to check for internal parasites? Does she have any discharge from nares, beak or eyes, any eye bubbles, facial swelling, or any coughing, sneezing or wheezing?
