My chicken is all puffed up.

I have a redsex link and she is all puffed up. I felt her and do not feel and egg, so she is not eggbound. I think she has an inflamed oviduct because she walking kind of funny. She was fine this morning and now she's barely moving. She's just standing in one location all puffed up. Is there any antibiotic I can give her that treats inflammation that I can buy from a feed store? Thanks. If I can find my camera I will post some pictures a bit later.

Can you give more info on age, how long it''s been since worming, when she last layed? Is their any fluid build up on her bottom?

I found this in the coop nestbox today, it came from my sick chicken.
Does anybody know what it is. The black specs on it are dirt.
