My chicken is constantly sleeping and puffed up

Should I be safe and treat all of them since she hasn’t been separated or could that harm the other chickens since they aren’t showing signs of sickness?

Treat them all. The first 5-7 days at ‘ treatment ‘ dose and then follow up with 2 weeks at the lower ‘maintenance ‘ dosage. The continued lower dosage helps the birds to build immunity.

So today I noticed that in her lower throat/upper chest, she has a soft golrfball size bum on her. It’s soft/squish like. Could this be what’s causing the problem?

That's the crop. Totally normal.

Can you isolate her ? That way you can monitor her feed intake. Her crop should empty overnight, if it doesn’t and she hasn’t consumed feed it may be an impacted crop. Try smelling her breath.
