My chicken is egg bound for 4 days

Update: it's been 3 weeks since "Queen" was drained, and she is getting better and better each day. She now eats and drink on her own, and appears to be in more pain. Her mobility improved overtime, but she still walks funny. She has a penguin stance and only wobbles short distances. She hasn't laid an egg in the mean time, so we're not sure what else is causing her to not walk like a normal chicken. Video attached (Sorry for poop pictures)
