my chicken is hopping on one foot. HELP what do i do?

I am a first time chicken owner. I dont have much experience with them. I have 4 hens. I cam home and let them out of their coop to roam around my yard. (as usual) and i noticed that one of my hens was hopping on one leg. I picked her up to evaluate her leg but there seems to be no external injuries. I have no idea how to tell if she has a broken leg or foot. can anybody help me? I would greatly appreciate if i could get some answers. thanks.

It could be an injury. I would keep her in a crate or cage and keep her warm for a dew days. See if she looks better. It would be hard to diagnose a broken leg over the internet.
