On October 22, 2022, two German Shepards attacked our chickens, killed 5, and injured 3. One of those chickens is lying on its side and is in pain when moved. I think one of the bones is dislocated or broken but I don't know which one. I can't get an X-ray because I can't afford it. Is there anything I can do about it or do I have to put it down? I don't know if it can survive or not and I don't want to kill it if it can survive.

It does look like the hip or the leg is twisted out to the side. Can you get a better picture of the leg and hip on the other side? Can you see any wounds, puncture or cuts?

Sorry for the late response there are no open wounds and she started sitting upright is that a good thing or should I put her on her side?
