My chicken is not well :( please help

I'm not sure what to do. Today I thought the chicken was snoring but she was puffed up and she is wheezing. She looks like she is struggling to breathe. She is also sneezing. Maybe she ate something and it's caught in her throat? Any suggestions? We are sad and hope she is ok.

It sounds like she is suffering from a serious respiratory disease--MG, ILT, or coryza, or infectious bronchitis with a secondary infection. There can be mucus plugs that clog up breathing. These diseases can make carriers of the flock. You really should separate her, and start on Tylan 50 injections, 1 ml daily for 3-5 days, given as a shot in the muscle or orally.
