My chicken is pale, lethargic, and is staying in the coop. HELP!!

My chicken has a pale comb and wattle. She is not eating and I am really worried, another chicken in my flock died with the same symptoms a few weeks ago.
She is about 2 years old, she is a golden comet. I did notice that maybe he had loose stool, like more watery than usual. But not sure. She has been like this for about 2 to 3 days. What should I do?

Is she currently laying/when was her last egg? Is her vent messy? When was the last time she was dewormed? Where are you located/what's the weather like? What's her usual diet and have you tried enticing her to eat with something exciting like eggs, tuna, or a wet mash? Pictures of the hen and her poop might be helpful.

You need to closely check her over for more symptoms. Check for respiratory issues (wheezing, discharge, bubbly eyes, swollen face, etc). Check her crop. You can check it now to maybe get a clue as to what's going on, but you'll also need to check it first thing in the morning before she's had a chance to eat or drink to make sure it is flat and empty.
Check her belly area between her legs and below her vent for bloating, swelling or lumps. Compare with your other birds if you're not sure what you are feeling for. Also check her for signs of mites/lice and check the roosting bars at night for mites

Can you post photos of your hen and her poop?

When was her last egg?

Look her over for lice/mites and see that her crop is emptying.
If she's lethargic, see if she will take some sips of electrolyte or sugar water when you hold a cup to her beak. Once she's hydrated, offer her a bit of wet feed.
If she's been laying eggs and has suddenly stopped, then I'd go ahead and get some calcium into her for a few days. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle in stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Just pop one tablet into her beak and let her swallow.
