My Chicken is pooping a yellow liqud.....HELP!

Hello! My Hen has been having this issue for the past week she doesn't want to eat anything, seems very tired, all she does is sleep, doesn't drink water, and can't walk that much... I don't know what's going on.....she poops this yellow liquid.....HELP PLS!!

Any photos of her and the poop?
How does her abdomen feel - hard, soft, fluid filled, bloated, etc.?
Have you wormed her?
When was the last time she laid an egg - was it normal?

There can be so may things the symptoms you describe. The pooping yellow liquid can possibly be an indication of an internal laying/reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, cancer or tumors.

Separate her so you can monitor her food/water intake and observe her actions. Offer some poultry vitamins in her water - make sure she is drinking so she doesn't get dehydrated. See if she will eat some scrambled/hard boiled egg, tuna or mackerel if you have it.

Yup, iy looks like it has Egg Yolk Peritonitis.... is there anything u can do?

I'm sorry.
I was hoping it could be something else.

If she has a great deal of fluid in the abdomen some people are successful in draining some of the fluid. This may give her some relief. You can try some antibiotics, but usually there is not much improvement. Usually by the time they show symptoms, it's fairly advanced. If you have a vet, they may be able to help with the draining or do an xray to see if there is anything else going on.

Try to keep her comfortable and give her some TLC.
