My chicken is sick and can't stand

Do you think she could have a B3 deficiency(niacin)/Vitamin B complex. I know it's common among Ducks and chickens. I have a duck that suddenly couldn't walk today. I didn't notice the signs, but about a week she'll be walking.

Perhaps? I was giving her a vitamin supplment that had b vitamins in them and I saw no signs of improvment.
