My chicken is sick for 4-5 days now

Hi,

I have 9 hens and two or three them were sort of sick. However, they are okay now but this one hen is constantly sick for 4 or 5 days now.

Symptoms: Lack of appetite.. She only wants to eat soft part of bread and she eats a bit and then stop
Lack of liveliness
She seems sleepy when not wandering around
When I let her forage in the garden, she walks slowly and she eats some of grass but she is mostly wandering until she get tired and then sleep or sit down.
She looks tired and sort of skinny.

I used to give some Antibacterials (geomycine) but it doesn't seem to help. Thanks.

Are you giving them vitamins electrolytes and probiotics after the anti-bacterial? I got the greatest advice on here for my hens that said I should use Vitamins, Electrolytes and ProBios after treating mine with some medications. I did and it really boosted them out of their droopiness. I'm still using it as often as possible
You also might want to check them for mites/lice and worms. Parasites can make them feel pretty bad as they steal all of the nutrition your hens are working so hard for.

Why were they on the anti bacterial? What were you treating them for to begin with?
