My chicken had suffered brain trauma from getting pecked in the head by a rooster to the point where we found her sick and loopy on chicken coop floor. her head was swollen and many feathers plucked out. She has seemed better although has increased head bob. that happened two weeks ago and know she can walk forward like 2 steps but mostly goes backwards with head between her legs. I have attached video. She is assorted crested polish

That appears to be wry neck, also called torticolis or crook neck. It is seen with head trauma, vitamin E deficiency, and sometimes in certain diseases, such as Mareks disease and some others. I would try giving some vitamin E 400 IU, a little thiamine which is found in B complex or some chicken vitamins, and a little scrambled egg daily for selenium. I have a rooster with the same thing, and he gets around well enough to get plenty to eat and drink, free range, and get on and off a roost. If your chicken cannot get food and water, you might need to hold her wrapped in a towel and feed her a couple of tupimes daily.
