My chicken keeps laying eggs in my bed..

Hi all, I have a young hen who snuck into the house when i was working in the garden last week, and laid an egg in my bed. Then again today, rather then laying at her usual morning time, waited ALL DAY until i came home from work, then, as soon as i opened my door she BOLTED in and laid another egg in my bed. It kindda made me worried, she seem distressed, like she was holding it in all day. And she made what sounded like slightly pained sounds when she laid. The whole process took less then a minute today, because she REALLY needed it out of her. Why is she withholding eggs like this?

I don't think it is anything to worry about. I may have many theories ,,,,, and they may ALL BE WRONG.
My leading one with most suspicion is this one. May have been trained to make breakfast in bed.

Simple, keep your doors closed. Review your nest box setup And improve IF NECESSARY.

You're not the only one. Mine started laying eggs this week. The first 3 in the coop. I didn't know who was laying. Yesterday she wandered in the house & I found her then an egg on my bed a lil while later... she's in there again now
