Hi this is Waffles, I can home to find her sleeping. I took her out and found that her crop was enlarge. She vomit I’m my kitchen floor (no force). I later went outside to make her puke again and it was foamy and there was a little line in it. I don’t know if it’s worms so I wanted to double check. She’s also shaking and loosing feathers at a rapid pace. I love her and if you have any advice let me know!!! Should I also treat the other chickens?

Her crop looks huge!
She wasn't like that yesterday?

I'd isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Her crop normally gets huge every month. Not that bad but she defriently has crop issues. I try to keep her with the other chickens as long as a I can because she likes to run around. It will suddenly enlarge and when she doesn’t move I take her in. Thank you for the help it means a lot!!!

We also put her in a medium size dog cage, sometimes switching her out to the smaller one if she spills something in it and I can clean it up (school).

thank you for the feather information!!! This is going to sound awful but this happens a lot and I was nervous she had something serious going on and I would have to treat the flock.

Agree, it looks like a feather to me also. With a crop that large, and hearing that it happens regularly, I think you might be dealing with pendulous crop, which then sours since it cannot empty properly. When a crop gets stretched out and the muscles no longer support it it's called a pendulous crop. It can have a genetic component, or happen to a bird that always over stuffs their crop. A crop bra might help. It will hold the crop in a more normal position and make it easier to empty and less likely to sour. You can purchase crop bra's online, or you can make one yourself. They can be a bit finicky to get placed and adjusted properly, and it may take several tries and adjustments to get it right, be patient. Keep an eye on the bird while adjusting fit and to make sure she adjusts to it.

You can do a google search to look for others people have made.
Here is one of mine in one I made:

Thank you!! I got one a while ago but she freaked out and the others pick in her. Should color it or something. She would pick at it and loose feathers so I didn’t use it the second time. When she got better I assume that it wasn’t necessary but I’ll put it on her!!!! What should I do when she get bullied?

I would separate her in a wire crate until she adjusts to it and you know you have it adjusted correctly. If it's not right then she can possibly get legs or feet caught in it and then she will really get attacked. I've had that happen, they sometimes will walk backwards or high step when first getting it put on. Any abnormal behavior will often draw an attack. Eventually they will usually accept it. Put the crate in the coop or run where she can still see and be seen by everyone, but not get attacked. It will also let you monitor her droppings, eating and drinking better, and make it much easier to do adjustments as needed. Once she's behaving more normally, and you are sure she's OK, then put her back out with some supervision to make sure all goes well.

When a chicken looks different due to wearing a chicken garment such as a saddle or a bra, the others will often attack. This usually passes quickly after the chickens realize it;s the same chicken and the garment isn't something they need to fear. Just stand by to referee until they all get used to it.

Here's some information you might find useful in adjusting the crop bra so it will work efficiently. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Ok!!! I love her and I hate how the others pick on her. The issue is they know she is sick and they can’t drive her out so they pluck her feathers and steal her food

Have you determined yet if she has sour crop or impacted crop? It appears Waffles is feeling very sick. The feather in her foamy poop could indicate an obstruction. Pendulous crop is what is left over after you've treated for impacted crop and/or sour crop. Then you use the crop bra to help the crop empty all the rest of the way.

I suggest you verify what sort of crop issue you're looking at. At bedtime, remove all water and food, then check her crop in the morning. You will probably find it still full. You'll need to decide if it feels soft and squishy or hard and lumpy. Then you will most like need to start yeast treatment with miconazole.

If you find a hard lump, you will need to give her some oil to soften the mass. Treating the two crop disorders at the same time is tricky since impacted crop requires massage and sour crop is dangerous to massage. So I suggest treating the sour crop first, then the second day, start treating the impaction after the crop isn't full of sour liquid.
