My chicken will not stand up, drink, eat

My chicken Beak is not moving, She is laying on her side and I have to force feed her. It has been getting really hot lately so do you guys know what may be wrong?
 
please please please help I dont not want to lose her, she was in the sun one day playing around, the next she refused to move, she sat there and just looked at me so I put her in a box and she cant even bock any more help?
