Im sure of it....I think its the weird temps we have been having lately here....I now have 3 broodys....
One bantam cochin, Ursula, is on 3 bantam cochin eggs and 1 EE egg, she went broody about a week ago....Then I have a bantam lavender ameraucana who is on 3 EE eggs and one black ameraucana egg, she went broody the day before yesterday...Then I go into the coop today to find my silver laced bantam cochin, Gwen broody
Luckily she is good friends with the ameraucana so they are going to double team it...I gave her one black ameraucana egg from my black ameraucana pair and hope to give her another tomorrow if the hen lays....Any one want some broody hens?
