my chickens are dying! help!

Another one died today, (I'm chickenfur's sibling) i have pics, but I can't post them on this computer. This was another EE and it had blood on the vent and there was a small hole in her back. I don't know if it was from pecking, but the hole was fairly small and smooth on the edges, so I don't think that it looks like pecking, but that's just me.

now acorn, my BA, has some blood on the tail/back area! could one of my roos be doing it? fred is really aggressive, KFC is big but really nice i don't think i have ever seen him peck a hen, george has a cross-beak and is on the bottom of the peck order, prince charming is really sweet to all of them, and peanut is to tiny to do any harm,(i know that that is a lot of roos but we are trying to find a home for fred and george) if any of them i think it would be fred, but what do i know? could the large number of roos contributing? help!!!!!!!!!

How many hens and roosters do you have in the coop and what size is the coop?
it's been super cold here and 2 foot of snow on the ground, yet my chickens are out in the 45 mph wind, running over the snow banks to catch the horse hay flying by in the gusts of wind. They get so cold they'll stand with one foot pulled up under their feathers then switch feet.

I tel them to get in the house but they just

at me. They get bored and need something to do besides being shut in the house all day.

Too many roos for starters, that'll result in more than a few missing feathers.

Then we have a space need in the coop of at least 104 square feet not counting the waterer area, feeder area, roost area, and nest box area if those birds are inside a lot.

Anytime a bird gets wounded and shows blood it must be removed, the wound cleaned, treated, and allowed to heal before going back in with the rest of the flock. Otherwise, the flock will attack, kill, and then eat the wounded bird.

That is just the way it is if you are a chicken.

Too many roos leads to fights and wounds, too many roos leads to the hens being mated past the point where they'll allow it leading to them getting wounded.

Then if you don't have enough space all of the birds will get stressed out because there is no escaping the PITA roos and the other flock members that are now out for blood.
