I don’t have apple cider at home can I use apple vinegar instead and yes I am giving them medication, but some got better some are not

Sir organic apple cider vinegar is what is needed but if your chickens are sneezing the problem is respiratory and it is most likely a viral infection or allergy. Depending on what they have been exposed to. Medicated feed will not help with the sneezing and respiratory issues only with diarrhea and issues with a single called organism called coccidia. It attaches itself to the bowels and drains them of all their nutrition very rapidly. They can become anemic and die very quickly. They also get better rapidly on the medicated feed if coccidia is the real problem. To diagnosis the respiratory illness a vet needs to look at a few of them if you can get a vet to see your chickens. That is a difficult task where I live because most small animal vets won’t take their sweet time to do it so I wish you the best of luck on that. I am sorry that you are losing your chickens so fast. I'm confused. You say you have 7 older chickens. You also have some baby chicks, is that correct? Please describe the brooder you are keeping the babies in. How are you keeping them warm? Are you using a heat lamp of some kind? Do you have a thermometer to measure the temperature on the floor of the brooder where the chicks are? How warm is it? What are you feeding the babies? Do any of them have pasty butt? Are they eating and drinking? How are they acting? Are they huddled together, running around, standing with their wings out? Are they cheeping loudly? Can you post a picture of your set-up? This will help us help you. What are you using for bedding? How many babies do you have and how old are they? Do you have any NutriDrench or B Vitamins to put in their water? That would be much better than the vinegar.
