You can send a bird in for necropsy at UC Davis laboratories. My intuition and experience suspects that you have 2 problems. Mereks and coccidia. Cocci will reduce immune function and increase your risk of mereks becoming prominent in the flock.
Treat for cocci first using the medication
Put oregano and vinegar in the water
Add coconut flour, coconut oil, and golden seal to your feed ration. Survivors will have mereks immunity and pass it on to the next generation. However, your flock will take a high death toll to get to that point. I wouldn't introduce new birds until it's over and your sterilized the premises.
You can also bleach your coop. I advise treating for mites in addition.
Your incubator will need sterilization if you have one. Styrofoam will most likely need to be replaced.
I did not notice an improvement introducing vaccinated birds.
So sorry for your loss.
