my chickens are getting there stools all over-wing is droopy?

If you haven't wormed these birds recently, I'd start with worming and take it from there. Worming medicines can put your birds under more stress from a nutritional standpoint. This is in addition to any anemia they may be suffering due to worms. You might want to put them on a balanced commercial chicken feed (with all it's added vitamins and minerals) until you see some health improvement. I think Wazine (piperazine) is recommended as a first wormer to deal with the wormload of roundworms. Then followup with a more broad spectrum wormer like Ivermectin to kill the rest. Dawg53 can give you some very good advice on the specifics if you care to PM him.
