My chickens are ready to eat

i live in the northern area of tx in Amarillo and my meat chickens are ready to eat however i can not find a place that will do the processing for me I've called all my local farm and ranch supply stores and no one knows of a place that will does anyone in this area have a place they go to i dont mind doing it myself (it will be my first time) but if anther place will do it for me then why not, if not any helpful tips for a first timer processing chickens would be great.

As for the actually processing of the birds......i would look on youtube and you will see the entire process and know what to expect.
