My chickens are sick!

I noticed that my chickens had lice a few days ago so tomorrow I am sorting that out. I have all the correct stuff to use. I also notice they have runny noses and are coughing/sneezing. They keep shaking their heads and wheezing but I can't afford to take them to a vet! What do I do?!
Any comments will help!

and give them elctrolights in their water, and make sure they have a very warm coop

Ok thank you, I'm not quite sure how to keep the coop warm, it's a horse stable thats been modified to keep out predators so it's just a stable door and it's not insulated

Luckily it is summer, so heat might not be critical. I have been dealing with ailing/dying juvies. At least with respiratory issues you hopefully have a good plan of attack. I suggest you check out www.hencam.com. Look at the henblog. Terry had a fairly severe bout of illness last month and was able to nurse all back to health. She posted what she did and why. Useful stuff.

Found out that they could possibly have IB. Anyone know how I could get rid of it?
